What is Tier 1 inspection? It refers to the process of verifying labels and packaging by comparing shipment labels with the original labels and packaging in the Ample Solutions label database. The interception rate of Tier 1 inspection is 90%.

Tier 2 Inspection Intercepted Parts List
What is Tier 2 inspection? It refers to visual and marking inspection using a LEICA microscope with up to 160× magnification to examine the internal and external dimensions of components, as well as checking for scratches, polishing, damage, or oxidation on BGAs. Tier 2 inspection achieves a 100% interception rate.
