To safeguard customer interests and provide the latest market intelligence on high-risk or counterfeit components, the Dasonghe Quality Assurance Center has compiled a report summarizing components intercepted through Level 1 and Level 2 inspections. This report was released in November 2025, with subsequent reports to be published on a monthly basis.
List of High-Risk and Counterfeit Components Intercepted at Level 1 Inspection
What is Level 1 Inspection? Level 1 inspection verifies the accuracy of labels and packaging by comparing shipment labels against original labels and packaging stored in the Dasonghe label database. This inspection level achieves an interception rate of up to 90%.
The following intercepted brands were identified during Level 1 inspection: DIODES, NEXPERIA, SK HYNIX, SAMSUNG, TDK.
List of Components Intercepted at Level 2 Inspection
What is Level 2 Inspection? Level 2 inspection involves visual and marking examination of both internal and external component surfaces using Leica microscopes with magnification of up to 160×. This process verifies dimensional compliance and checks BGA packages for scratches, polishing marks, damage, or oxidation. The detection rate of Level 2 inspection reaches 100%.
The following brands were intercepted during Level 2 inspection: NEXPERIA, ONSEMI.
